The short version

Perfect Workout Plan does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. Your profile, workout history, weights, and preferences live only on your device.

The only third parties involved are Apple (for in-app purchases) and Google AdMob (which serves the in-app ads). If you buy "Remove Ads," AdMob is removed entirely.

We don't have an account system. We don't have a server. We don't track you across apps or websites.

What stays on your device only

The following information is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's standard on-device database (SwiftData) and is never sent off your device by us:

Profile: height, weight, age, gender (used only to estimate calories burned)
Workout history: completed sessions, duration, estimated calories
Per-exercise logs: weight used, reps per round
Preferences: appearance (light/dark), workout frequency, parameter adjustments
Onboarding state

This data is included in your standard iCloud or local iPhone backup if you have those enabled — that backup is between you and Apple, not us.
